It all depends on what you think is important enough to remember, but at the very least, for things like your name and whatnot, you can just write it once at the top and reread it. It'll be like a reminder, instead of having to write it over and over, right? [Was it really that much though? It never seemed like so to Chihiro since she had been doing it for so long...]
Your name is Minako, and I think you can look up where you live in a phone book here. As for right now, since the amnesia is important... Specifically, you can only remember things for thirteen hours. Once that time limit is up, you'll start to forget things unless you think back on them to remember.
[She gives a tiny smile.]

[ Minako the eternal optimist. Outwardly, at least, but even inwardly she has faith. She's strong, right? She doesn't know what happened to her in the past, but.. somehow she has that feeling. She's strong. ]
