It doesn't exactly help that he's probably not totally clear on what defines "dating." She just said a bunch of things and he feels like they're all pretty doable, even if his clueless self is pretty unsure about kissing and doing other couple-type things. But then again, he's like, 99% sure that would be true with anyone, for anyone, if they'd never done it before.
