Hello, my name is Quistis Trepe. I live at #1495 and currently am in charge of the Law Enforcement Unit. You may know me as we appear to "run in the same circles", so to speak.
Anyway, I'll get to the point. I was curious as to what the funds from the date auction you held last month will be going toward? I realize it is something that I should have asked prior to signing up, but I do not recall seeing anything about it anywhere.

[ .. oh god, it's a formal letter. Minako might be capable of being more mature than she seems most of the time, but formal letters sure aren't one of her skills.. so when she gets this email, the one that arrives back to Quistis sure isn't as formal. ]
Those? I used part of those to cover the expenses for all of it, but I was also thinking of throwing some sort of big party or festival for everyone sometime this spring. Or maybe summer, I was still trying to decide which would be better for a theme.. it'd be nice to have something everyone can enjoy, right? [ Not that she.. expected some bids to get that much out of hand.. THE POWER OF LOVE WAS TOO STRONG BACK THERE. ]
[ Quite frankly, she wasn't expecting anything too formal in exchange. It's sort of her default mode, especially as a representative of an organization. At least this is a good sign that she can ease up a touch! ]
I see. There was, apparently a plan for some sort of ball next month? I don't know all the details.
However, you may wish to get in touch with a friend of mine, Selphie Tilimitt. Where I come from, there was a committee for a festival that she was in charge of. I'm not one to frequently indulge in such things (I'll admit to being something of a wallflower), but she's extremely fond of them.
I imagine it is difficult to decide when to place it simply because of how the landlord sometimes plans things. Either way, I was merely curious. I wish you luck with this endeavor.

I actually think I already talked to her. She was the one going around sending stuff out around Valentine's Day, right? [ Those are exactly the kind of things Minako remembers about people, apparently.. ]
I didn't know she was that much of an expert about it, but if you recommend it, then I'll definitely hit her up about it sooner or later! Although in that case you have to promise to come too once it's happening and not be a wallflower.

I suspect you're as much an expert as she is, so it would be quite interesting if the two of you were to meet. Regardless, I do believe I am obligated to attend. If not due to work then acquaintances. I'm sure Nagisa would also be very interested in going, if not helping plan.

I really am. They're very wonderful and kind. Most importantly, they clean up after themselves and need minimal supervision.

[ It doesn't occur to her that they're attractive. Though she's nineteen, looks to be twenty-five or so, and acts forty... well. The "acting forty" part covers it, really. It's as if she is old enough to be their parent. ]
