[ Woah, give her a moment here. She suddenly didn't expect things to happen this quickly (it's been a long time since she's seen Usagi's brand of enthusiasm that the queen still has a little bit too) and so her eyes widen a little as she's pulled along before her cheeks are grabbed.

It came in bits and pieces. First... [She closed her eyes and in a flurry, big white wings came from Serenity's back, much like Eternal Sailor Moon's had when she wished to fly. Her wings stretched and then tucked in.]
[ Thankfully the wings aren't too surprising. She's seen those before, after all, although not necessarily on Cosmos since she was sort of busy being dead back then. But it's still reassuring to know her queen won't be here completely helpless if something does happen. ]
That's good to hear.. sometimes it takes a while before he returns them. [ She sure got a lot of useless stuff back before getting her powers. ] I think he must be giving it to you in pieces since you're too powerful otherwise. I wonder if he isn't just scared of your power..
[ Because if anything could get them out of here, it's Serenity's power. It's caused miracles before. ]

There is one more thing, Venus.
[She holds up her hand into the air and transformed. She felt her power rush through her as she felt everything change around her. When she opened her eyes again, she was full adorned as Sailor Cosmos, her staff appearing in her hands.]
It's Usagi as she's never really seen her before, but somehow it still feels like it makes sense. If Usagi's power would really come to its ultimate form - it probably would look something like this, so white and bright and shining, just like Usagi's radiating love for everything in the world.
She practically has to refrain from trying to kneel, since she's sure Serenity wouldn't want that now of all times, but it almost feels instinctive when faced with this sort of thing.
Instead she straightens herself to at least look somewhat professional about all this. ]
Did he return any power with that too, or just the appearance..?
[Once she was done transforming, the warmth of her crystal ebbed and she took a deep breath. It seemed like only a moment ago she had been in this form. She clenched and unclenched her hands. She could feel so much missing. As wonderful as it was to have some of it back...]
No... I'm afraid much of my power is still missing, both in and out of this form. But there is still some power in this form...
There is. I can feel it too.. [ It's hard to stand near her when she transforms and not feel the warmth of the crystal, after all - not when it's something she's felt so many times during the past few years back home before she came here. ]
Still, a little is better than nothing. I don't think we have much more to hope for, considering the Landlord wouldn't want us getting too strong.. and like I said, I have all of my powers, so I can help you if anything happens and it's too much for what you can use right now.
[She nods and closes and opens her hand.] I have the ability to heal, that is important to have gained back and once more I can feel my crystal connected to me. So progress is being made. I don't know what the landlord's game is, giving me back my powers if he may fear them.
[She looks over to Minako and smiles.] I know you will, Venus. I have complete faith in you. [She held Minako's cheek for a moment. She knew she didn't have to tell Minako not to tell anyone about this, it was a given.]
[ Nothing feels better than this - as nervous as it might make her at times, she wants Serenity to rely on her. She wants to prove she's strong and a capable leader, even if she often doubts it. She wants to protect her queen with everything she's got - even if it meant giving up her own dreams back home, she doesn't care. This really does make her happy, and she can feel it in the way Serenity holds her cheek. ]
I guess it's why he only gave you part of it for now. Maybe we can actually try and plan something to get the people who want out of this place out of here once you get all of them back. I doubt I'd be powerful enough for something like that by myself.
[ It's why she never tried. But on the other hand, she's not exactly too keen on bringing Serenity into danger through such a plan either, so it's going to require a lot of thought over time. ]
[ Because that's what matters, in the end. Having her princess-- no, her queen's trust, that's all she needs. Even with as low as her own self-confidence is, as long as the person she would serve until her death, and even beyond that, is happy with her.. then she's happy with herself too. ]
