It's weird. I really didn't think I would have any need to actually write stuff down like this, but the longer I'm here, the more I'm afraid I won't be able to remember all of the precious moments I want to remember, so I figured I should at least note some stuff down from time to time. Even if I might not eventually be able to take it home, maybe someone else can find this later and realise that things aren't always just bad here.
After all, it's not like I ever thought I would be living this way. Having my own house without parents, having something almost like a family, owning my own business and working as hard as I can for it while still having as much fun as possible, having so many wonderful friends, having a boyfriend.. I didn't think any of those things were ever going to be part of my life. I already resigned myself to that fact.
But this place made me experience them. So no matter what happens and no matter who might leave.. I'll smile.
P.S. If someone is reading this, then I assume I'm gone and that's how you found this. If you don't recognize my name, please give this notebook to someone who does, okay? And if you're reading this while I'm still around despite the warning on the cover, I'll find you.
