[ Minako's always busy with tons of things, even if they might not necessarily be important, but when she hears that she's got a text message she at least bothers to check it out right away. Except when she reads the content, her expression lowers a little for a moment-- she hadn't really been following the outcome of the elections, but she still feels sorry for the girl. Ib had been trying really hard, after all. ]

[ Hey, Rin. If you're looking a few minutes later (or whenever he happens to pass by the counter where Minako is standing, really) he'll be able to notice her winking and blowing a joking kiss at him.

[ Simple, but then again, this kind of simple is a whole lot like Cheren. And despite what she might usually seem like, Minako is actually more thoughtful than she usually acts, so she doesn't make a whole spectacle about thanking him. Instead she just makes sure to leave a note in his mailbox in return with the word "thanks", a heart drawn next to it and her name under it.

[ .. oh god, it's a formal letter. Minako might be capable of being more mature than she seems most of the time, but formal letters sure aren't one of her skills.. so when she gets this email, the one that arrives back to Quistis sure isn't as formal. ]
Those? I used part of those to cover the expenses for all of it, but I was also thinking of throwing some sort of big party or festival for everyone sometime this spring. Or maybe summer, I was still trying to decide which would be better for a theme.. it'd be nice to have something everyone can enjoy, right? Still, hearing it from someone else.. it's rather nice. It's nice in general that England still bothered to send her something like this despite the fact that Hong Kong left.
